The first one is Adobe Lightroom which I use to correct exposure and color on all the pictures, then I use <a href="http://hugin.sourceforge.net/" rel="nofollow">Hugin</a> to stitch it all together into one huge picture and then use <a href="http://www.casa.ucl.ac.uk/software/googlemapimagecutter.asp" rel="nofollow">Image cutter</a> to convert it into a Google maps tileset.
